RENT to OWN LEASING PROGRAM
This program allows the end user to lease the NET 1200/NETrology system and accessories
at a rate of $45 per $1000 value per month. User may purchase the system at any time
during the first 12 months and receive 100% credit for payments made. After the first 12
months the user may purchase the system and receive 90% credit for payments made.
User issues a purchase order for the equipment to The IMTEC Group, Ltd. IMTEC will ship
the equipment on the specified date. Within one week after shipment, IMTEC will present
the user with the following documents for immediate execution by the appropriate company
officer:
Lease Agreement
Proof of delivery and acceptance by user of equipment
Proof of Insurance for equipment
UCC form for filing in the State of delivery
Request for 1st month payment
User returns the executed documents with the first month payment to The IMTEC Group,
Ltd. Subsequent payments are made on the monthly due date to SOKKIA Credit Corporation.
Requires an approved credit application and a purchase order.
