This program allows the end user to lease the NET 1200/NETrology system and accessories.
Requires:
Lease Agreement
Proof of delivery and acceptance by user of equipment
Proof of Insurance for equipment
UCC form for filing in the State of delivery
Request for 1st month payment
Approved credit application and a purchase order.
